How does shipping work?

Items typically are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days after item is purchased and shipping is paid. We use Pirate Ship for lowest rates. Shipping charges are invoiced separately and will NOT show in total. I will notify you of shipping rates and request payment from you. Payment will be expected within 48 hrs of invoicing or item will remain available for purchase.Please provide contact info for billing/invoicing. If you are buying multiple items, I will be more than happy to combine orders to avoid you being charged separate shipping costs. Make sure you let me know prior to packaging.

What is your return policy?

Please remember that you are buying preloved vintage and antique pieces. Some may be imperfectly perfect. Please inspect all photos, read descriptions, and ask questions before purchasing, as all items are final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted.

What if my items arrived damaged in shipping?

We are bound to what the shipping carrier polices are. Please contact us if your purchase doesn’t arrive intact so we can refund or return your payment.

Can I pick up my items in person?

Yes! Vintage from the Vault Co is located in the Plainfield/Naperville, IL area. If you would like to pick up your purchase in person, please contact us to make arrangements.
