How does shipping work?

At this time, we offer US shipping only. Items are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days after item is purchased and payment goes through. I use Pirate Ship for the lowest rates. Shipping charges will be shown in your total, before purchase. If you are buying multiple items, I will be more than happy to combine orders to avoid you being charged separate shipping costs. Make sure you let me know prior to packaging.

What is your return policy?

Please remember that you are buying preloved vintage and antique pieces. Some may be imperfectly perfect. Please inspect all photos, read descriptions, and ask questions before purchasing, as all items are final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted.

What if my items arrived damaged in shipping?

We are bound to what the shipping carrier polices are. Please contact me if your shipment does not arrive intact. I do purchase insurance and there is a specific way to make a claim. Above all, I want us to both be happy.

Can I pick up my items in person?

Yes! Vintage from the Vault Co is located in the Plainfield/Naperville, IL area. If you would like to pick up your purchase in person, please contact me to make arrangements.
